You are running an old BIND on an unsupported version of FreeBSD 
(http://www.freebsd.org/security/security.html#sup). Your best bet at 
this point would be to upgrade the server to FreeBSD 8.2, and run the 
dns/bind96 or better yet, dns/bind97 port.
