Also, there are not only RFCs. Standards can be described by other
means. DNScurve does not even have a stable public specification. (Not
to mention a reference implementation in free software.)

As a demanding :-) user, yes, there are many things to fix/improve in
BIND before devoting resources to Bernstein's personal projects.
