fe80::bf:52ff:fe66:450 is a link-local address.  The kernel is
complaining about the lack of link identification information with
the address.  The kernel is supposed to have a default local-link
for link-local addresses without a explicit link identification.

Even with link identification this would have almost certainly
failed.  It's just a noisy failure but nothing to worry about.
