could not mark server as lame: out of memory Errors

Hi 

We are getting  "could not mark server as lame: out of memory" Errors 
Intermetemtly  in DNS bind version BIND 9.4.3 on Solaris

memory
08-May-2009 11:53:07.204 resolver: could not mark server as lame: out of 
memory
08-May-2009 11:53:08.004 resolver: could not mark server as lame: out of 
memory
08-May-2009 11:53:08.237 resolver: could not mark server as lame: out of 
memory
08-May-2009 11:53:08.281 resolver: could not mark server as lame: out of 
memory
08-May-2009 11:53:08.610 resolver: could not mark server as lame: out of 
memory
08-May-2009 11:53:08.943 resolver: could not mark server as lame: out of 
memory

can someone help us to find exact cause of this error and how we can 
eliminate this issue
