	Choose sane SOA timer values.  An expire of 1 day is way too
	short.  A week is a reasonable minimum value for this field.

	You should also fix the MNAME and RNAME fields.
	ns3 should be ns3.mot.gov.sa.
	hostmaster should be hostmaster.mot.gov.sa.
	
SOA ns3. hostmaster. 50 900 600 86400 3600 from server ns4.mot.gov.sa in 2066 ms.
SOA ns3. hostmaster. 50 900 600 86400 3600 from server ns3.mot.gov.sa in 1213 ms.
