Issue with reverse dns and local caching name server

Thanks for the reply Noel i still don't understand why that would work 
on the external name server we have access to and not on our internal one?

Also didn't understand the 'MyApnic' portion of you comment, the only 
name server i have access to here is our internal caching one?
