Dynamic update of TXT record?

Hello,

I am running:

and I want to try to dynamicly update a TXT record for one of  my  hosts
but "nsupdate" does not work for it...

Now I have encounterd, that I can not more use "nsupdate" ...

> update delete sniffer.private.tamay-dogan.net TXT
> update add sniffer.private.tamay-dogan.net 600 TXT "What the hell?"
> send
update failed: REFUSED

Q 1:    Which setting is missing?

Q2:     Can someone tell me how to update a TXT record?

Note:   I want to use the TXT record to give a status information
        running on the specified  HOST  since  ANY  services  are
        disabled on that particular machine.

Currently it looks like:
