rndc stats - 9.5.0-p2

I think you're rigth, when I check the file sizes they are not same but versions are matching...

Are you *sure* they are both running BIND 9.5.0-P2 ? Much the most likely explanation is that the one producing short statistics is a pre 9.5 version.
I don't believe that BIND 9.5.x even includes any code to generate the old format.
