BIND 9.4.2-P2-W1 stops responding

Thanks and it worked!, I guess when I had the mysterious ISC Bind Service
failing to start since a year ago, someone on this list suggested the
logging for the named.conf but left that one thing out.  Bind 9.5.0-P1 all
of the sudden works as a service again except if the named dies after a x
amount of times even after it restarts itself, there will be times when I
can't start the service again as it will claim the it timed out waiting for
it to respond.
