	To fix the problems we ended up using Winsock2 calls that
	were not available in Windows 2000.

	e.g.
	ConnectEx()
	Client 	Requires Windows Vista or Windows XP.
	Server 	Requires Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2003.
