You mean, the web page that you have to access via an embedded-IP URL, 
that talks mainly about a DNS scan in 2005, originating from the 
209.200.133.224/27 netblock?

This brings to mind the classic HGttG quote: "It was on display in the 
bottom of a locked filing cabinet stuck in a disused lavatory with a 
sign on the door saying *'Beware of the Leopard'*."

Come on, you guys could at least give a decent reverse resolution for 
the scanner's address.
