Is it possible for dynamic view change?

Hi, all:   For some reason, I need set a lot of views in my named.conf
(about 500). And for each view, the zone is up to 15000. I plan to use a
script to compose the named.conf, and each zone files. As my understanding,
BIND will consume a lot of memory for such big configuration, since all the
data will be loaded when BIND startup, and the startup time might be a
little long. If I want to add/delete/edit a view in named.conf, I need
restart the BIND server, which may cause a long time. And during this
period, my DNS server might not be responsive. A worse case is that I need
change the view in named.conf frequently. So I just want to know, if it's
possible that once the BIND server startup, I can dynamically change the
view in the named.conf, just like nsupdate to dynamically change the zone
file.
