Building Bind 9.5.0 on Visual Studio 2008

We are currently using VS 2005 to build. The build instructions do need
to be updated and I expect to update them in the next few weeks. Do the
following:

1) Build your OpenSSL binaries
2) From the Start menu select the Visual Studio CMD line and cd to
win32utils and run BuildSetup.bat.
3) Go into Visual Studio and select the BINDBuild.dsw and convert the
projects.
4) Proceed to build.

The build environment is undergoing major changes but it is not quite
ready for release but will obviate the need for some of these steps.
