I've found a bug that may make this happen more frequently than
expected.  Could you try the attached patch?  I've also copied the
patch at:
http://www.jinmei.org/patch/dispatch.c.diff
in case attachment doesn't work.

I believe this should at least *reduce* the number of these logs.
I've also found another possible code path that can cause this
message, but fix for that would be much more complicated so I'd first
like to know how the fix for the trivial bug works.
