Update: thread crashed on linux kernel 2.6.16.13

after the crash of a thread (without killing the named process)  with

bind-9.4.3b2 works for the last 24 hours fine.

no more issues like (see mail subject "bind 9.4.3b2: too many open files")

no more SERVFAIL during recursion (see mail "SERVFAIL under pretty high
load and recursive queries?")
