ISC Bind 9.3.1 patch for Solaris 9

I have ISC Bind 9.3.1 on Solaris 9 & wondering
if there's a simple "patch" available that I can run against my Bind
to get rid of the recent DNS cache vuln.
I also have "port 53;" line in named.conf. I'm trying to avoid compiling
it all from source again and upgrade it to the latest version.

Could anyone point me to a patch?  I can see BIND 9.3.5-P1 Source
but nothing on Bind 9.3.1.
