Dig for CygWin?

To get dig for Windows, just download the BIND package. Don't install
it unless you want it to install and start named. Instead, copy out
the various .dll's, plus the executables that you want: dig, host,
etc. Put them all together somewhere in a directory, and then make
sure that the $PATH variable includes that directory.
