Compiling BIND 9.4.2-P2

Hi Andy,
I have tried either, the same results and of course its 9.4.2-P1 (sorry 
for the typo).

Additionally I have also tried --with-openssl=/usr/include with no success.

btw:   --with-openssl=PATH   Build with OpenSSL yes|no|path.
                          (Required for DNSSEC)
