I don't know of anything that changed in 9.2.x like that. Note that 9.2.x 
is end of life for almost a year. So if a vendor is providing you with 
9.2.x you may need to contact them.

The problem you have may be from a few different issues. Posting your 
configurations would make it easier to give an answer.
