Newbie : Change IP of NS to new IP failed

	Unless Kadek serves a TLD there won't be glue in the root
	servers.

	The glue will be in the parent zone but as Kadek failed to
	give any identifying information we don't ever know if this
	is a TLD, SLD or some other zone.

	Highly unlikely.  Much more likely is that the original
	registration provided the IP address.  If the administators
	of the parent zone were living up to their RFC 1034
	requirements Kadek would have been informed long ago that
	he made a mistake by forgeting to update the glue record.
