named-checkzone 9.4.1-P1 appears to treat "out of zone" as "CNAME (illegal)"

	Two rather late observations.

	1. It seems that 9.4.2 was through the gate before this could
	   be done.

	2. This is the wrong approach.  It is perverse to infer, and
	   even worse to report in a diagnostic message, the presence
	   of a CNAME RR which manifestly does not exist.
