Setting-UP a secondary Name Server

In named.conf, change "type master;" to "type slave;" and add "masters {
<address of master server>;};" to each zone clause.
In the zone files, add an NS record specifying the name of the slave
server.
Do you have the "DNS & BIND" book? Doesn't it explain this clearly?
