Example of dual-master setup?

What I'm after is some kind of syncing as you're mentioning, preferably as
dynamic as possible not to disrupt anything.
In your syncs did you've a primary master or where both stateless so you
could sync both ways?
In this scenario I would prefer to utilize dynamic updates.
