also-notify

Do you need to specify the same also-notify's for every zone on your
server?  If so, you could just put also-notify in the options block.

While I think you're right that it would be a use of the ACL syntax..  
having some sort of similar shorthand for this would be useful to  
people managing many zones.  If I've got a few hundred zones all  
being served by the same set of servers, and I add a new server, it  
would be preferable to update one line that defines a named set of  
servers than to have to update a few hundred also-nofity{} statements.
