	There is a memory leak in the windows socket code which the
	latest releases exercise as it uses lots of sockets.  In
	looking for a fix for that we have seen some other windows
	specific problems which we are trying to address as well.

	If we can't get a handle on the other issues soon we will
	release what windows fixes we have.  Please bear with us
	we are aware of the problems.
