Troubleshooting poor performing BIND

Well, after doing a lot more searching and testing, it appears this has
to do with IPv6 being enabled by default in BIND.  If I start named
with -4 performance is great.

So I'm sure a newer version of BIND would fix my problems, but until
then -4 to the rescue.
