Nick,
        Not sure exactly what you mean.  You could define the Zone "." and have a * record in it, if that's what you mean.

Like...
        zone "." {
                type master;
                file "db.falseroot";
        };


With this record in the db...

*.                      IN A    192.16.100.100

We are trying to do something actually on a MS DNS Server. But I just
wanted to know if it was possible on bind.

Is it possible to setup the dns server so that it will accept any dns
request and respond with the same ip address.
