create Bind-9.4.1-p1 rpm

I have bind-9.4.1-p1 tar file installed and running in a tmp directory.  I want 
to create an RPM to move and install on another almost identical server 
(Same computer hardware OS).  

I was using the default .spec file that came with the bind tar file, but it didn't 
work.

error: File ~/redhat/SOURCES/idnkit-1.0-rc1-src.tar.gz: No such file or 
directory

I do not find that file anywhere on my system.  Is there another spec file that 
is already created?
