New install of 9.4.1-P1 on Windows Server 2003R2 SP2 missing Microsoft.VC80.CRT assembly

	Side by Side installs are like that.  VC++ has been updated
	since the zip was created.

	If you run BINDInstall.exe from the directory where it is it
	should install the VC dll's correctly.
