New install of 9.4.1-P1 on Windows Server 2003R2 SP2 missing Microsoft.VC80.CRT assembly

Sure did -- it created the files in the destination directory I specified
and created the user account to run the service and everything.  Should I
run the vcredist_x86.exe separately for the dll install?
