There are plenty of configurations where you know you can
only reach certain servers over particular links.
For the general case you need your external routers changing
RA's based on link status in IPv6 and/or you need to ensure
that your route annoucements get advertised and/or you need
to run a NAT. The however is getting way out of scope for
bind-users.
In general this should all be left to the OS to sort out.
That way *all* applications work.
