bind 9.4.1 does not run

I just complied 9.4.1 and it does not run, it just dies.
 

[root at corlsp300 /opt/apps/bind]

# /etc/init.d/named start

Starting named: named: config filename (-c
/opt/apps/bind/etc/named.conf) contains chroot path (-t /opt/apps/bind)

                                                           [FAILED]
