Resolving confusion

Dear All,
I have bind-9.3.2-20.FC5 installed on FC5 machine and configured for
BIND Views

I have two network interface one configured as 192.168.1.17 and the
other one is 172.16.30.1
Today i was trying to resolve the name www.edewania.com and below are
the results

1- 
 dig @192.168.1.17 www.edewania.com

I have checked the domain edewania.com in dnsreport.com and the report
was ok,
when I logged on to the DNS server and "rndc flush" it, then it started
resolving from both IP addresses

That happens with quite some zones as well, few of them have problems
with their DNS servers and few don't
