Slightly OT - MX RR Santity Check requested...

Why is "firewalled.mailserver.com" even defined?  Remove it.  It's  
unnecessary.

Configure mailertable, smarthost, etc. on "reachable.mailserver.com"  
to relay mail for ".mailserver.com" to "firewalled.mailserver.com".

Why waste other people's time and resources attempting to send mail  
to "firewalled" that is not reachable?
