Loc records for entire network

RFC 1876 provides a way to do so (but do note that some steps in it
are not mandatory for the LOC client). Read section 5.2 "Search
algorithms".

Basically, you have to set up a PTR record for the prefix (set the
addresses to zero) and then a LOC on the associated name.

Here is an example, as displayed by query-loc
(http://www.bortzmeyer.org/query-loc.html):
