Hmmm...i'm not entirely sure what you mean. When we traceroute to the
216.237.37.99 address it does not die at our router, it dies at about the
10th hop past that, out on the Internet somewhere.

Well stop using out of date bogon filters. 216/8 has been allocated for
quite some time now.

I rather suspect that misguided 'security' goons responsible for your
share internet link have shot you in the foot by failing to route valid
netblocks that used to be in someone's *cough*completehwois*cough* list
of 'bogons'.

Tell them to stop that.
