bind 9.4.1, solaris 10, gcc

Hi Rick,

I've got 9.4.x running on Solaris 10 (Sparc), compiled with gcc and SSL
and have had no issues.

9.5.0a5 is also running fine on a non-production Solaris 10 sparc box.
