WIndows DNS (master) -> BIND (slave)

We have been experiencing a lot of $$$ DNS/DHCP trouble lately and I am
just totally annoyed with that whole set.

The main reason why I am point the BIND server to $$$DNS is to suck down
the zone data.
Once that is complete I will turn that sucker off completely.
Then I am going to build and configure ISC dhcpd and point that to the
bind server.

Make sense, doesn't it?

With all due respect, why on earth would you want ot use Windows DNS
over Bind for a master? AFAIK, Win DNS <=> Bind can be very problematic
from what I have read.
