bind-9.2.8 give wrong ip

Dear all


             dear all recentlly i have compile 9.2.8 on my IBM machine and
my DNS working fine i have also other DNS bind-9.2.4 RPM base
installed.

My problem

when i dig one perticuler site

NS1#dig websmp201.sap-ag.de.ngrs.net

;; ANSWER SECTION:
websmp201.sap-ag.de.ngrs.net. 900 IN    A       71.19.198.153


I got 71.19.198.153 ip address everytime i got this ip but when i dig this
site with another DNS i got different anw

NS2#dig websmp201.sap-ag.de.ngrs.net

;; ANSWER SECTION:
websmp201.sap-ag.de.ngrs.net. 900 IN    A       203.200.238.215


thing is that when i got 203.200.238.215 ip then my website is working fine
but when i put NS1 DNS in my pc then site will not be opened means
71.19.198.153 this ip is fake why myDNS give wrong ans is there any
solution
