Bind and Windows2003 AD and DHCP

I am trying to use my bind 9.3.4 as a win2k3 name server instead of  
using the 2003 servers DNS. I have read where it says there is no way  
to encrypt the updates from 2k3 to bind9 because they can't use the  
same encryption algorithim.

Are they assuming that the admin would be using the win2k3 dhcp server  
to do the updates to the bind dns server? If that is the case then if  
I use the DHCP server on my network and not the win2k3 servers would I  
then be able to have the dynamic updates encrypted?
