retries exceeded error

Hi,

I use debian etch and bind. My bind log shows the following error, any
one have any clue on this?

13-Jul-2007 13:27:36.431 notify: debug 1: zone domain.org/IN: notify
to IP.addr#53: retries exceeded

Also I have added a zone to my bind configuration. And bind is
resolving that domain. (dig @my.nameserver domain.org) but no other
nameservers can resolve that domain. The NS at the domain registrar is
pointing to my.nameserver (whois domain.org shows that). Please help
me solving this problem
