Recent Problem with BIND 9 under Windows XP

This link takes you to the same wait-30-sec page as the first link you 
gave. Either way, it's an absolutely absurd way to download a file. It 
similar to the infernal wait-in-line thing the likes of FilePlanet 
started, and to me it's been almost as bad as spam for the internet. 
They both have no place and you'll find many people who detest them 
greatly.

Thank you. This is how donwloading from HTTP is _supposed_ to work.

I'll be taking a look at those logs soon and will let you know if I can 
find anything. I'm sure others will be looking too.
