BIND 9 Memory Leak?

I don't think that looks too terrible.  Here's mine:

My guess is that you're out-growing your server, or you are running in to an
issue with the cache cleaning that is not memory related, but manifests
itself there.

What are the server specs?  How many queries does it serve per second?
