Providing off site DNS backup

Folks, I know this is a little off topic, but we're a growing site that 
currently has just two BIND DNS servers for our clients. I'd like to 
investigate housing a third slave server off site. I just wondered what 
others are doing for this? Are there reliable managed services that offer 
this? We run BIND 9.3.x and I'm in Canada if that makes a difference.
