I removed DBUS but left SDB. I also needed to change the requirement for
chkconfig to 1.3.13 and removed the attempt to call chkconfig to reset the
priorities.  

<http://www.five-ten-sg.com/util/bind-9.3.4-7.P1.src.rpm> builds on
Centos4 and seems to run properly.
