Are you getting a lot of these, or just a few? If it's a lot, then I'd 
probably want to get network traces to verify whether it's something in 
your network infrastructure (or perhaps that of your upstream provider) 
which might be munging packets. If it's only a few, then it's probably 
just other people's broken nameserver implementations and not something 
to be particularly concerned about.
