No, the second server did not find the answer. Instead, it gave you a  
referral - note the lack of an "ra" flag in the header. The second  
server is not willing to do recursion for you, and therefore did not  
try to resolve the final answer to your request, whereas the first  
server did, failed due to lame delegations, and returned a failure  
message.
