Convert source file to rpm package

Hi,

look into the README files.

I had to do "./configure" and look for messages.
Then I had to do a "make".
After the make I had to become the superuser and "make install"

If you have an older version of bind then dont "make install"
before checking that you new bind is working.

Check were your old bind is living and tune the directories.
Very likely that has to be done as "./configure <something>

So first read README, INSTALL and documentation.

I had no problems. The manuals told me everything.
