unable to resolve one specific domain (hotmail.co.uk)

Well for now I have made this workaround:

        forwarders {
                207.68.160.190; // ns1.msft.net
                65.54.240.126; // ns2.msft.net
                213.199.161.77; // ns3.msft.net
                207.46.66.126; // ns4.msft.net
                65.55.238.126; // ns5.msft.net
        };

I'm open to comments as to the sanity of doing this, or if there's a
better way, but hosts can now resolve hotmail.co.uk and mail is free
flowing to that domain again.
