	I'm nevertheless posting to the list so that there will be something
	in the archive that can be found in future by searching for "new TLD".

	You should bear in mind that you can't just declare a new TLD and  
expect
	that IANA will agree to delegate it to you.  I expect that IANA will  
agree
	only if you proposal meets ICANN's requirements for introducing a  
new TLD.
